We invite you to come on I International Folklore Festival in Lido Di Jesolo - Venice from 8th till 11th of May 2025
Participants are ensembles from Italy, Slovenia, Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Indonesia, India, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Croatia, Czech, Slovakia, Romania, Russia, Armenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Hungary…
08.05. – Arrival of ensemble at hotel, accomodation…Info-appointment…Tour and introduction to the most popular summer resort in Italy, walking, swimming, tour of Lido di Jesolo, his beautiful sun beaches, the city… Return to hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay. Possibility of departure to some of many discoteques in Lido di Jesolo.
09.05. – Breakfast. After breakfast, free time in Lido di Jesolo or an optional visit to Verona and Lake Garda – the city of Romeo and Juliet. Walking through the city center and sightseeing: the Roman amphitheater „ Arena „, “, the city square Piazzan Bra, Via Mazzini – the main street, Piazza Erbe with the famous Lamberti tower, Piazza Signori, the tomb of the Scala family, Julia’s house… . In the evening, return to Lido di Jesolo. Dinner. Overnight stay.
10.05. – Breakfast. Festival day! Preparing for Defile. Defile through the City of Lido di Jesolo. Perform of cultural-art societies. Receiving of certificates and Plaquas. Dinner. Facultative : Discqotechue.
11.05. – Breakfast. After breakfast departure of ensemble on facultative tour to Venice. Departure to pier of Punta Sabioni , from where you can take a boat cruise to the historic center of Venice( boat ride is about 30 minutes throgh the lagoon ). Tour of the city : Chiesa della Pieta, Piombi prison, Bridge of Sighs, Doge”s Palace, pillars protecting the city, the Marciana library, the old Inns of Procuracy, the Core Museum, St.Mark”s Square, St.Mar”s Church, the Campanile Tower, the Astronomical Clock, the Rialto Bridge.. After the tour, free time for walking the streets of Venice.. In the afternoon return by boat to the Port of Punta Sabioni and departure home.. With another meeting next year!!!!!!!

Additional information:
All ensembles must provide their own music, leading orchestar or music CDs. Each ensemble is obligated to set performance in duration of 10 minutes.
Applications for festival are from Jun the 10th!
